Gigi’s Squash Patties!

As promised, here’s the recipe for Gigi’s Squash Patties!

What you need:

  • 2 cups grated squash
  • 1/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

What you do:

  • Mix the ingredients
  • Form the mixture into patties
  • Fry until they brown

See, wasn’t that easy and delicious?

    These are the easiest of all to do with the grating being the most difficult part altho it is not really difficult….
